Method of Work

Providing consultations directly to NGOs or through training workshops covering a variety of organizational and developmental fields.
Facilitating and organizing peer learning platforms between NGOs which assist in:
- Raising and discussing problematic issues facing like-minded NGOs to assist in developing collective strategies.
- Exchange of experience and expertise between organizations.
- Identifying areas which need technical or organizational interventions.

The Overall Purpose

To assist in the strengthening and development of a civil society, which is capable of contributing to and formulating an independent development agenda in Egypt.
