Objectives

Building the capacities of NGOs in the different areas of institutional and technical development, with special focus on development of strategies which reflect the needs and priorities of their constituencies.
Provide on-going support to partner NGOs as well as new initiatives, whether social, economic or culturally based, especially among the marginalized sectors in society, either directly or through linking them with intermediary NGOs.
Assisting in the development of strategic visions and understanding of the challenges facing civil society in addition to documenting and disseminating this information.
Contributing to the cooperation and coordination of efforts among NGOs internally and externally.
Building the institutional capacity of DSC in order to enhance its performance and better serve its constituency including its financial component.
